One hour virtual consultation with Andrea to assess & discuss your training needs and goals. We will also discuss nutrition history, plans, and what you hope to achieve with my help and with the Body By Andrea Program! We will create the right workout plan & regime for you based on your current needs. I also want to know about any current injuries you may have or restrictions with workouts, modifications needed and any other medical conditions. When I know your short and long-term goals, I can design a workout program that will help get you there!
Some other things to discuss: What is your schedule like? When can you workout? How often are you able to workout? What equipment do you have at home? Weight loss desired? Are you currently working out? Have you worked with a Personal Trainer in the past? What workouts have you enjoyed in the past? What might keep you from being consistent with your workouts?
