At first , the fact that Covid-19 was coming in strong to Charlotte and changing our lives in so many different ways was daunting. I was now at home facilitating learning for my children , all the time freaked out that they would fall behind because of my shortcomings. 
Truly , the only thing that kept me going were my workouts with Andrea. At first I did not know how it was going to look with her gym being closed down indefinitely. I would miss the tread mills , I would certainly miss the machines, but I had HER! I had the woman behind the machines and behind the treadmills, I had Body by Andrea everywhere I went. If I went away for a while (which turned out to be five weeks) , she was available to me! While I was at home locked to my house, she was available to me! She worked me out through FaceTime and Zoom classes which kept my sanity , kept me focused , and kept me dedicated to my fitness each and every day. We even started working out in my driveway with a small group twice a week which was literally the highlight of my day. We could chat, catch up, have adult conversations , all while keeping our bodies strong, fit and healthy. It was a win win for everyone. We were helping to support Andrea in a time of financial need, having lost her job at Flywheel due to Covid and she was supporting our fitness regimen. Andrea is a big part of my life , she has helped me feel so good about myself at 42 years old. I feel strong, healthy, and fit thanks to her and her amazing workouts. Body by Andrea changes lives. :)

“I started with Andrea almost 7 months ago with a simple goal- get in shape for my wedding- and my only expectation was to lose some weight. Well, almost 20 pounds down and my BMI down to 12%, Andrea has helped me exceed all expectations and goals! Through the process, I’ve come to realize Andrea is SO much more than just a simple trainer. She’s changed the way I think about exercise, made me fall in love with running again (starting with 1/4 mile to now 3-4 miles on the treadmill), and helped me fall in love with myself again. “After a stressful year, I decided I needed to make a change in my life, especially ahead of my upcoming wedding. So, I messaged Andrea on Instagram and started working out with her in February. In just three months, I’ve lost 13 pounds, and am feeling stronger and healthier. I look forward to working with Andrea each week; each session has a mix of cardio and strength exercises, and it goes by quickly! I’ve had no drastic diet changes, but am definitely being more mindful of what I eat. I also have a crazy work schedule and Andrea is super accommodating with my ever-changing schedule. A few months ago, I never could have imagined running a full mile or losing 10 pounds, now I can nearly run 1.5 miles without stopping and have a goal to lose two more pounds for a total loss of 15! It’s exciting to see my progress and truly could not have done it without Andrea!”
