Nutrition Coaching
Health and wellness have so many different facets, but one of the most important is nutrition. Andrea offers 1-On-1 Nutrition Coaching to help you ensure that your nutrition support your fitness goals, rather than sabotage them. As an ISSA Certified Nutritionist, Andrea is able to provide the following:
Evaluate current nutrition plans and adjusting as necessary. She will want to know what foods you like and enjoy and the foods you are not able to eat. Are you vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerant, etc.?
Discuss meal planning/prepping and ways to keep you on track.
Help plan weekly meal/recipe ideas so that you can be prepared.
Discuss and suggest healthy snacks to keep you full and satisfied throughout the day.
Evaluate whether you getting enough rest, hydration, and workout-related food intake.
Make suggestions to support weight loss and muscle gain efforts. Talk about what food will likely support your personal health goals.
Set small, simple goals that are not overwhelming or unrealistic.
Plan for obstacles, such as the holidays, events, vacations, etc. There will always be something going on or getting in the way.
Focus on adding the right foods to your diet. Each individual is different. Not everyone can eat the same thing or see the exact same results.
Hold you accountable to limiting SUGAR & ALCOHOL. These are the most crucial to your success and should be at the top of this list! She can’t stress enough how important this is to help you reach your goals and for maximum results.
Andrea’s nutrition coaching is for anyone who is looking to get healthier, be consistent, and make better nutrition a routine rather than a fad. Whether you want to lose weight, reduce body fat, increase your energy, reduce bloating and inflammation, increase your mood, or improve your sleep, just to name a few, nutrition plays a huge role. Andrea loves to offer nutrition coaching because she enjoys helping others increase their awareness and knowledge of how to live a healthier lifestyle. Seeing people have success with weight loss, establishing better habits, and progressing on their health and fitness journeys get Andrea excited to help others do the same.
Nutrition coaching generally starts with a plan for 6 weeks, but depending on the individual, this could vary in length and you may want additional sessions. Andrea can customize the time length to your specific needs and goals. You will meet weekly for the length of nutrition coaching on Zoom for some 1-on-1 time together. This weekly accountability can help you stay on track and also assist you in discussing and overcoming obstacles you experience each week. Andrea will have you keep a journal of all the food you eat that week and you will review it together to see where there could be room for improvement. She can provide you with grocery lists, recipes, and meal ideas to help you be successful. Andrea’s coaching style is fun, energetic, inspiring, motivating, and empathetic. She wants you to succeed and be the best version of you!
