Maple Glazed Salmon

This is a regular meal for me and a must try! I just love how easy it is and how few ingredients are needed. Being able to quickly prepare such a simple recipe that is delicious makes it a favorite for my boyfriend and I! Add some veggies or a salad and you have a healthy meal in no time! BONUS: Salmon is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids. I try to eat salmon at least once or twice a week. It may also reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure, and improve overall cardiovascular health. Let me know what you think of this recipe!
