Healthy Chocolate Overnight Oats

One of my favorite daily meals is my overnight oats! I truly look forward to eating them and it’s so easy to make and doesn’t take much time. It’s filling and tastes delicious! I usually prep 4-5 at a time so I have them for the week or for the weekend or both. Ideally you want to eat what you have made ahead of time within a week if you are storing in the refrigerator. I have also made without the vanilla. These Nutrient-Rich Oats should help keep you full until lunch. You can even enjoy it later in the day if you are not a big breakfast person. Oats are high in soluble fiber, which promotes digestive health, lowers cholesterol levels, and helps regulate blood sugar levels. Why not add this heart healthy meal and add to your daily routine?
