Slow and steady wins the race. Make small and manageable changes and stick to them!
Fail to plan, Plan to fail. Preparation is the key to success.
Start your day with breakfast and a glass or two of water. Does not have to be big. Eggs, Banana, 1/2 of an english muffin, greek yogurt, to name a few options.
Keep water by your side all day long. DRINK IT!
Don't forget to exercise. Make this a priority.
Make time for YOU.
Cereal & Granola are NOT the healthiest options for breakfast. Choose something else.
Start your day with protein and fat.
Limit/Reduce sugar and alcohol.
Try to delay drinking coffee/caffeine as soon as you wake up. Drink water.
Get 10,000 steps a day. This is a lot harder than it sounds, so you have to work at it and get moving.
30-50 grams of protein with each meal.
4 strength training sessions per week.
Go to bed earlier.
The less sugar you eat, the less sugar you crave.
Eat more fruits and veggies.
