Easy Baked Halibut

Halibut is one of my favorite fishes to eat. It is rich in Selenium, Magnesium, Omega 3 Fatty Acids and Niacin. Contains vitamins B6, B12, and D. Halibut does not require a long cooking time. Be careful not to overcook it. So tasty and flavorful and you probably have most of the ingredients in your kitchen. Enjoy this excellent source of protein!
